Garden context you provide or generate in the app, including address or approximate location, climate and soil context, plants, garden areas, notes, photos, tasks, and chat messages.

Technical data such as device type, app version, diagnostics, server logs, and purchase events needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

To personalize gardening advice, generate maintenance plans, remember your garden inventory, and provide AI features.

To process subscriptions, restore purchases, secure accounts, prevent abuse, debug errors, and maintain the service.

To improve product quality using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.

Sharing

We do not sell your garden data. We use service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, purchases, storage, maps, speech, and AI processing.

Photos, messages, and garden context may be sent to AI and infrastructure providers only as needed to provide app features.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service, users, or others.

Your choices

You can update profile details in the app, delete garden items, and request account deletion or data export by contacting support@getgardenguru.com.

You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
